Standard features include half glazed Georgian door with antique hinges and handle, mortise lock, 2 side opening windows, 2 fixed front windows, scalloped barge boards, roof overhang.

Options available at extra cost: heavy duty framing and flooring, log lap cladding, toughened glass, acrylic safety glass, window boxes, 2ft 6” or 4ft verandah, 16” returns.
