Banwell Summerhouse

Description

This Georgian styled apex summerhouse is fully tongue and grooved constructed, available sizes from 5ft x 10ft up to 14ft x 12ft. Standard features include ¾ glazed Georgian double doors with antique hinges and handle, mortise lock, 2 fixed front windows, 2 opening Georgian side windows, scalloped barge boards.

Options available at extra cost: heavy duty framing and flooring, log lap cladding, toughened glass, acrylic safety glass, window boxes, 2ft 6” or 4ft verandah, 16” returns.

• 16mm x 125mm tongue and groove cladding
• 38mm x 50mm framing
• 16mm floor boards
• 3mm horticultural glass
• Galvanized nails used
• Water based wood preservative treatment
• Roofing felt
• Eaves height 1870mm
• Ridge height:
  • 10ft – 2575mm
  • 12ft – 2660mm
